Michael Ottoman

President and Board Member

Michael has 20+ years in technology sales and joined mFrontiers in July 2015 after a long career at Oracle and  Sun Microsystems.  Prior to joining mFrontiers, Michael had served as Technical Director of Sales at Oracle where he was responsible for accelerating Oracle product adoption by identifying growth markets, developing solutions to drive new net revenue and connecting Oracle's sales teams with strategic targeted partners for successful sales collaboration. Before joining Oracle, he held various roles with Sun Microsystems from June 1998 to February 2010, including North America Regional Sales Manager for high-volume business and Business Development Manager for partner solutions.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.


Walter W. Sloan

VP of Finance & Business Development

Walt's background encompasses business development and technology consulting, having provided services for clients in the United States, Israel, and India.  Walt has been with mFrontiers LLC since its organization 2014.  Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations for JJL Technologies LLC, responsible for the manufacturing of optical electronic instruments that captured over 40% of the global market for dental shade matching. He has been involved with a number of other start-up companies.  Walt has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and BS and MS degrees in Engineering.  Walt holds seventeen patents, including a pioneering patent in the field of electronic commerce titled “An Electronic Store.”

Lawrence J. Burnett

Board Member

Mr. Burnett is a shareholder and co-chair of the business law practice for Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S. C.  For many years, he has created value for closely held business clients by providing counsel on a wide range of business matters relating primarily to mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.  He has talent for corporate finance and particularly for identifying and solving capital needs problems.  In addition to more traditional industrial and service companies, he has special working knowledge of financial products and technology companies. In recent years, he has structured several highly creative deals which have helped clients to achieve their business goals with maximum financial efficiency and profitability and the minimum of legal and business headaches.

Robert Auer

Board Member

Mr. Auer is a Managing Director for Prairie Capital Advisors.  His primary responsibilities include advising companies on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, valuations and strategic assessments.  Over the past twenty years, Mr. Auer has worked on and sourced on average 5-10 transactions per year. In many cases, based on market conditions and valuations issues, it has been Mr. Auer’s approach to recommend other transaction structures other than a sale or acquisition by a client.

Prior to joining Prairie Capital Advisors in 2008, Mr. Auer started the Midwest Corporate Finance practice for KPMG, the fourth largest worldwide accounting firm, in 1994. He has served the industrial, consumer and service industries for the last 25 years in buying, selling and raising capital for middle market family businesses.

Daniel Maynard

Board Member

Mr. Maynard has more than 25 years of experience in the health care IT industry, including executive roles in sales, marketing, operations, software development, financial management and corporate development.  He has built and led several companies including CCISoft, Riverwood Solutions, Connecture, and Grandcare Systems.  He currently is Chairman of Socium Innovations, Managing Partner of the Jollyville Management Group, and a Strategic Adviser to Alithias.

CJ Kim

Founder, Board Member

Mr. Kim is the founder and President/CEO of DBValley Co., Ltd., a software and consulting firm with headquarters in the Ulsan Technology Park, Ulsan, South Korea, with additional offices in Busan, Daego, and Seoul. Mr. Kim founded DBValley in 2002. DBValley is currently a reseller of the mFinity platform in Korea.

Terrence M. Schneider

Board Member

Mr. Schneider is President and Chief Operating Officer of Gamay Foods.  He joined Gamay Foods in 1992 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  He manages the finance, administration, sales, and marketing functions for the Company.  IN 2001, he increased his responsibilities to include the administrative functions of DreamPak.  During his public accounting career at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Schneider reached the position os Senior Manager and advised his clients on a number of financial related areas including mergers and acquisitoins, corporate reorganizations, bank financing, corporate tax strategies, business plans and personal tax and estate planning.  He also assisted the Company in its sale of fat free technology to Alpine Lace in 1990 while working at Price Waterhouse.
